Pussy Cat Pussy Cat, where have you been?
I've been to USA and now I'm living with the Queen...of cross stitch and podcaster extraordinaire Beefranck!
...as Adam Ant may or may not have once said...I cannot tell how much I love him, I happily went out with a white stripe on my face, can still do all the moves to Prince Charming and was one the FIRST people to fancy him without his make up on...Mimi-music FACT no.2 people!
So yup I've been at it again! :)
This time with my aforementioned soul-stitch-sista Beefranck.We are in the process of exchanging stitcheries and this is my piece to her wonderousness!
So I present without further wittering...

The painting is a pawtrait of Shampoo, quite possibly one of the prettiest cat's I've seen - I hope I've done her justice!
Watercoloury challenged... in shades of lilacs and blues and yellowy greens.
See wee Shampoo all wide-eyed amongst the fronderies!
I've included a few of her favourite things in a Julie Andrews stylee...
The row of folks at the bottom are from the Mystery Science Theatre 3000, pointing at wee peek-a-boo Knocking Frog!

You made me cry & Shampoo is not my cat, in fact, my cat is a royal pain in the ass. But I came here to praise you, and you are my very favorite artist except for Whistler & Sargent & Basquiat. This pawtrait is absolutley gorgeous.
